Helsinki, 6.6.2024 - Janne Ikola has been appointed Chief Growth Officer of the Kvarn Group, bringing with him extensive expertise and experience in scalable growth, the Web3 sector, AI-based solutions development, and blockchain-based investing through decentralized finance.
Career in marketing and technology
Janne has over 20 years of experience in building growth and scaling businesses using marketing and digital technologies. He has held responsible business leadership roles in larger marketing agencies as well as in smaller start-ups. Janne joins Kvarn from the role of head of his AI-tools development company, bringing strong AI technology expertise. He is one of the pioneers of decentralized finance (DeFI) and the Web3 sector in the Nordics. Janne has been actively involved in crypto and blockchain-based investing for nearly 10 years and founded Finland's most active and largest decentralized finance community, DeFi Suomi.
