How do I participate in the draw?
All customers who have made at least 30 buy and/or sell transactions in May automatically participate in the draw.
The campaign runs throughout May 1st to May 31st, 2024, and to participate, you must perform at least 30 trades during the participation period – approximately one buy/sell transaction per day.
When the number of trades is at least 30 during the participation period, each buy and sell transaction acts as a raffle ticket: the more trades you make, the greater your chance of winning!
Example 1: You make 20 purchases and 10 sales of your chosen cryptocurrencies (total of 30 trades). In this case, you have 30 raffle tickets in the draw.
Example 2: You make 28 purchases and 18 sales of your chosen cryptocurrencies (total of 46 trades). In this case, you have 46 raffle tickets in the draw.
Example 3: You make 14 purchases and 13 sales of your chosen cryptocurrencies. In this case, you are not eligible for the draw, as the total number of trades is only 27.

Information about the draw: The draw will be conducted by June 10, 2024, and the winners of the draw will be contacted personally. The SOL tokens will be sent to the winners' Kvarn X portfolios, and the movie tickets will be mailed to the provided address. Please refer to the detailed rules of the draw below.
Draw rules
1. Organizer

2. Eligibility
All Kvarn X customers can participate in the draw.
Employees of the organizing company and the company executing the draw and their family members are not eligible to participate in the draw. The organizer reserves the right to disregard any entries to the draw that have not been made in accordance with these terms and conditions. Participation in the draw requires the execution of at least 30 trading transactions in the Kvarn X service between May 1st and May 31st, 2024. Each trade transaction acts as a raffle ticket when the eligibility is met (at least 30 buy and/or sell transactions). For example, by making 30 trades during the participation period, the participant has 30 raffle tickets available. By making 35 trades during the participation period, the participant has 35 raffle tickets available, and so on. Participants who have made less than 30 trades during the participation period do not meet the eligibility criteria and are therefore not entitled to participate in the draw. By participating in the draw, the participant agrees to comply with these rules and any decisions made by the Organizer based on them.
3. Participation period
The draw can be participated in from May 1st to May 31st, 2024, unless otherwise stated. Entries made outside the participation period will not be accepted.
4. Participation
There is no need to separately participate in the draw. Customers who meet the eligibility criteria for the draw automatically participate in the draw.
5. Prizes
Ten (10) SOL tokens and 10 movie tickets will be drawn among the participants. The prize or part of it cannot be exchanged, converted into cash, or transferred to another person. The prizes will be awarded to the winners at a separately announced time after the draw. The SOL tokens will be transferred to the winners' Kvarn X portfolios, and the movie tickets will be sent to the provided address. Prizes delivered by mail will only be delivered to an address located in Finland. The winner is responsible for any possible costs related to claiming the prize.
6. Draw
The draw will be conducted by June 10th, 2024. Kvarn Capital Oy will organize the draw, draw the winners, and personally notify the winners by email. If the winner cannot be reached within two weeks after the draw using the contact information provided by the participating customer, Kvarn Capital Oy will draw a new winner. If a new winner cannot be reached within two weeks after the new draw, the prize will no longer be awarded, and a new winner will not be drawn. Each participant can win a maximum of one prize. If the same person is drawn more than once, a new winner will be drawn. Upon request, the winner must prove their identity and age. The organizer will pay the statutory lottery tax for the prizes. If desired, the winner may refuse to accept the prize.
7. Organizer's liability
The recipient of the prize releases the Organizer from liability for injury or damage caused or alleged to be caused by participation in this draw or the receipt or use of the prize. The Organizer's liability to the participants can in no event exceed the value or amount of the prizes mentioned in these rules. The organizer is not responsible for any printing errors, errors in the contact details of the participants, or technical obstacles related to participation in the draw, receiving the prize, or using it. The above limitations of liability do not limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under consumer protection legislation, product liability law, or other mandatory legislation.
8. Processing of personal data
The personal data provided when participating in the draw will be processed for the purpose of conducting the draw, contacting the winners, and delivering the prizes in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Kvarn Capital Oy acts as the data controller responsible for the implementation of the draw. Further information on the processing of personal data carried out by Kvarn Capital Oy and your rights can be found in the privacy policy.
9. Intellectual property rights
The rights to the material used in the implementation of the draw and related intellectual property rights belong to the Organizer. Any use of the material related to the draw is prohibited without the prior written consent of the Organizer.
10. Changes to the rules and interpretation
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the rules. Any changes to the rules will be announced on the website related to the draw. The organizer may also correct or amend the rules during the participation period for the draw to correct any printing errors or other errors. Any ambiguities in the application and interpretation of the draw rules will be resolved by the Organizer.
